If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a return within 14 days of delivery:

1. Email sales@mismarinembshop.com with your order number and the reason.
2. Once we approve it, ship the items to: MIS MarineBond, 2329 Old Sanders Dr., Unit 6, Little River, SC 29566.
3. Return all remaining parts and packaging where possible.

The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable. We refund to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. We may decline returns that show misuse, intentional damage, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
